- Your User-Submission does not contain any viruses, worms, spyware, adware, or other potentially damaging programs or files.

- Your User-Submission does not contain or constitute any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional Content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
- You are solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to, or otherwise upload to the WSSA CONFERENCE website.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction And Choice Of Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any action concerning these Terms, or the parties’ rights or obligations pursuant hereto shall be instituted in either the state or federal courts located in and for Phoenix, Arizona and all parties further agree to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of said courts. In the event that any party commences any legal or equitable action or other proceeding (including arbitration), the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any attorney’s fees.
Any Claim shall be arbitrated or litigated, as the case may be, on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any Claim of any other party whether through class action proceedings, class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Each of the parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation (including but not limited to any claims, counterclaims, crossclaims, or third-party claims) arising out of, under, or in connection with these Terms of Use. Further, each party hereto certifies that no representative or agent of either party has represented, expressly or otherwise, that such party would not in the event of such litigation, seek to enforce this waiver of right to jury trial provision. Each of the parties acknowledges that this section is a material inducement for the other party entering into these Terms of Use.
Exclusions and limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages.
