Standard Wi-Fi access rate of $29.35 USD/day is included in the price of the room if you book your room the WSSA.

Hotel room rates are subject to occupancy tax, currently 18%, which includes the Tourism Assessment Fee in effect at the time of check-out. Taxes are subject to a change without notice.

Please Note: If you choose NOT to stay at the Sheraton Grand Seattle for the WSSA Conference and would like to have access to the hotel Wi-Fi, (other than free Wifi in the Main Lobby), you will need to contact Isaac Longstaff at ENCORE directly (206-575-7967 or isaac.longstaff@encoreglobal.com) to make arrangements for individual access. You will need to supply your name, email address, phone number, and addresss. ENCORE requires a credit card to setup non-guest WiFi access. Once this information is provided, you will receive a unique passcode to access the WiFi. The Front Desk cannot assist you with this purchase.

Because all nearby hotels are will most like be fully booked, due to several other large events taking place in Seattle at the same time, the we could expect that there will be persons unconnected with WSSA in any way who will attempt to "steal" some of the rooms from the WSSA block of rooms. Therefore we urge you to make your reservations as early as possible, to ensure that there will be enough rooms for all of our attendees.
