The sleeping rooms/suites will be held for WSSA until Friday, February 26, 2027. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations for WSSA after Friday, February 26, 2027 on a space available and rate available basis only.

Hotel room rates are subject to lodging tax, currently 15.625%, in effect at the time of check-out. Taxes are subject to a change without notice.

Because all nearby hotels are will most like be fully booked, due to other events taking place in Albequerque at the same time, the we could expect that there will be persons unconnected with WSSA in any way who will attempt to "steal" some of the rooms from the WSSA block of rooms. Therefore we urge you to make your reservations as early as possible, to ensure that there will be enough rooms for all of our attendees.
