Sergio Muñoz Esquer will present and screen for discuss -among the panelists- the production of  his documentary Grilled Queso which portrays one night in the life of Ruth and Issac, a Mexican immigrant couple who work at a Mexican food truck located in a central, high-traffic area in Austin, Texas. The documentary narrates ideas on identity, and preservation of identity after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
